Terms of Service

By purchasing coaching services from Illumiara Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

• Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, goal achievement, and life transitions.
• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, financial advisory services, legal advice, or mental health treatment.
• Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
• Participation in coaching is voluntary, and clients may discontinue services at any time subject to the cancellation and refund policies.
• All coaching sessions and communications are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.
• All coaching sessions are held remotely through telephone and online video conferencing. No in-person coaching services are provided.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Coaching packages must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been arranged.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, technology issue, and Discovery Call terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
